Urban design for travel itineraries

The “Libb-Line – Tourist Intertwining” project in Maratea is part of the promotional activities carried out by Nuova Libbaneria Mediterranea Association.This initiative aimed to enhance the territory of Maratea through the rediscovery of libbani processing, the traditional local vegetable ropes. 

The project’s objective was to combine tourism and local artisan traditions, creating a multi-stage itinerary that allowed visitors to discover the history of libbani processing and the beauty of Maratea in an authentic and innovative way. Participants had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a specially designed itinerary to explore the picturesque streets of the historic center of Maratea, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The itinerary included live demonstrations of libbani processing, tastings, performances, and various experiences.
