La Boucherie è un mixology bar di Panama City. Il concept del ristorante è quello di unire cucina europea e mediterranea a influenze della gastronomia internazionale in un’atmosfera unica, al di fuori del tempo. Nonostante il nome rimandi a una boucherie parigina, il nostro approccio è stato quello veicolare l’idea del committente in un’atmosfera anni 20 tipica delle avanguardie. Colori, ideogramma, logotipo, font ma anche le proposte degli indumenti e del menù, rimandano a questo concetto, ricreare le atmosfere di quell’epoca in un mixology bar contemporaneo.
