Aulalibri è una startup innovativa dedicata all’insegnamento delle lingue in modalità LMS (Learning Management System) attiva in tutto il territorio latinoamericano. La sfida è stata quella di affiancare la direzione nella pianificazione delle strategie di marketing, nell’esecuzione e gestione del piano di marketing, delle pubbliche relazioni e nella narrativa istituzionale. Il processo, dopo una fase iniziale di audit, ha visto integrare tecniche di management e design thinking con applicazioni iterative tipiche dei processi lean startup che progressivamente sono convogliate nella gestione social, nella progettazione della pagina web e nella gestione dei contatti con gli studenti attraverso mail marketing.
